Small wood pellet mill is designed for home and individual use, while the large wood pellet machine is used in industry, in the wood pellets manufacturing line in large factory. Making wood pellets with small pellet mill also need the previous preparation work like separating the raw material for making wood pellets from dust, small stones and other debris; pulverizing raw materials into small powders and drying them to guarantee their proper moisture content. If you just make some wood pellets for heating or cooking at home, you can do these preparation works by hand. It won’t be a trouble if your raw materials for making wood pellets are not too many.
